Hello, my name is Riley. I am a Human Resources Manager with a strong focus on the psychology behind recruitment processes and candidate assessment. My journey in HR has led me to work in recruitment agencies as well as serve as the head of HR for three different companies, where I’ve applied my specialized knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of hiring practices.

I have spent my career honing my expertise in the psychological aspects of recruitment, understanding what motivates candidates and how they interact with the selection process. This insight has enabled me to design recruitment strategies that not only identify top talent but also ensure that candidates are well-suited to the company’s culture and long-term objectives.

In my roles within recruitment agencies, I leveraged this psychological understanding to help organizations find candidates who would not only meet their needs but also thrive in their work environments. As the head of HR in three companies, I expanded this approach to refine and optimize the entire hiring process, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
