About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating internal resources, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects
Develop project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members
Track project performance using appropriate tools and report to management
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project meetings and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
3+ years of proven experience managing projects across multiple teams
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience
