• With over 10 years of experience in recruitment full life cycle, specializing in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams in highly regulated industries such as DoD, Aerospace, Aviation, and Biotechnology, in the Talent Acquisition of Software, Hardware, Electrical and Quality Engineering based teams including but not limited to Embedded Software, Firmware, Systems Engineers; Web, Full-Stack, Front-End, Back-End and UI/UX Developers; DevOps/SecOps, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, ML and AI Engineering, as well as Quality Engineering, SDET/Test Engineers, CSV, Verification, Validation, V&V Engineers. 
• Strong experience leading, training and mentoring junior recruiters on recruitment lifecycle as well as training on HR best practices, Boolean search composition
• Ability to compose advanced Boolean searches with strong understanding of Boolean operators, as well as user search flows of various digital recruiting tools and platforms.
• Experience managing all aspects of Human Resource functions of the visual staff team including full life cycle recruiting & staffing; administering onboarding paperwork, employee policy handbooks and training for new staff; managing and creating employee shift schedules, administering employee timecards and payroll
• Expert working knowledge utilizing ATS, CRM and social media platforms including PeopleSoft, Fieldglass, Bullhorn, ADP Workforce, etc.
• Strong abilities developing compelling marketing material, as well as designing and maintaining marketing materials and social media sites using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
