About Shawn Twing:

I have practiced law in multiple jurisdictions, federal, state and agency levels. I have been certified as a labor and employment law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000.  In addition to my legal practice I regularly speak at CLE programs and employer training. I also taught business legal environment and business ethics as a lecturer at Wayland Baptist University

I am licensed in three states, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  I have represented public and privately held companies in litigation, transaction and compliance. I regularly speak at CLE events and provide live training on several topics including general employment law, wage and hour, employee accommodation and privacy.
