Hello, I am Kristine, I have been in healthcare Management for a little over 20 years. I started my love for healthcare as a child. Living in home of a hard-working single mom that is also a nurse, think my sister and I had no other chose other than healthcare. So 
I started to work for a center in west Texas at 16 and was with them till i moved to another city. Then in 2000 I started working as a caregiver to a wonderful family, then after his passing I started to work for his daughter as her as her right-hand man so to say. I work as the Executive Admin Asst. I loved my 18 years with her. That gave me the experience as well as the love for the admin part of health care. I think it is not just what I love but who I am. I love to help people that can't or don't know how thing should be in the healthcare system. I may not have a degree but what I do have is this: 

 1: The life experience that school does not teach

2. The love for helping people

3. The knowledge to know that no matter who you are we all just need to smile and say how can i make your day better.

4. The want to make anyplace I am at better, Staff coworker anyone that walk in my path, I make a point to make sure they are happy and have a smile on there face. No matter what as healthcare workers, We need to make sure we are doing what is needed to make the life of are staff or clients better. No matter what that looks like for us or them.

Tyler Care Clinic Mid town- 2020-2021 Eligibility Specialist and Case manager supervisor- Promoted to Navigator Sup in July 2021-2022, then was Promoted once again to the Site Administrator for Tyler care clinic and Jacksonville care clinic. I left Tyler care clinic in Dec of 2024.
