My background in healthcare is hands-on and comprehensive. I understand the field from the ground up, starting with benchwork science. My early research includes a publication on immune adjuvants. Over the years, I have worked with everything from clinical claims and patient outcomes to hospital finance, giving me a broad and practical view of how data drives healthcare.

I believe in developing data strategies that help organizations make smarter decisions and foster a culture of growth and innovation. Data is more than numbers. It is a tool for meaningful change.

I have built my career making data work for organizations in healthcare and nonprofit fundraising. Right now I oversee all data functions for our team at NYU Langone Health. My work includes analytics, reporting, data governance and data strategy. I lead a group that builds data pipelines, develops dashboards, maintains reporting tools, ensures data quality and creates predictive models and AI solutions to support our goals.

Earlier in my career I started with laboratory research in infectious disease and immunology. I moved into roles in clinical analytics and process improvement at large health systems, where I worked with clinical claims, patient outcomes and hospital finance. Later I led analytics teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Memorial Sloan Kettering, where I focused on predictive modeling, team leadership and making data accessible for business and fundraising strategy. Along the way I have built and improved data functions for a variety of teams and organizations.

My experience gives me a strong perspective on both the technical and business sides of healthcare data. Throughout my career I have focused on process improvement and practical problem-solving. I help teams and individuals grow their skills. I believe clear communication, collaboration and a solid data strategy are the foundation for turning information into real action and impact.

I have a BS in microbiology and molecular biology with a focus on infectious disease research. In addition to my academic training, I have completed professional development in Six Sigma process improvement, which has helped me bring a structured and results-driven approach to analytics and team management.
