As a new medical courier, I’m at the very beginning of my journey, learning the industry step by step while building a business I’m proud of. I may not have years of experience yet, but I approach every delivery with care, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way. I’m focused on mastering proper specimen handling, HIPAA awareness, and chain‑of‑custody procedures so I can serve healthcare providers with reliability and integrity. Starting small gives me the chance to grow intentionally, stay hands‑on, and build strong relationships with every client I serve.

With several years of courier delivery experience behind me, I’ve built a solid foundation in route management, time‑sensitive deliveries, and professional client service. My background includes navigating high‑volume schedules, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and ensuring that every item arrives safely and on time. Those years on the road taught me discipline, reliability, and the importance of treating every delivery with care — skills that now strengthen my work in the medical courier field as I apply that experience to a more specialized and compliance‑driven environment.

I recently completed foundational training in HIPAA compliance and Bloodborne Pathogens, giving me a strong understanding of patient privacy, PHI handling, and safe practices for working around biohazardous materials. This education has prepared me to follow proper specimen transport procedures, maintain chain‑of‑custody accuracy, and protect both myself and the healthcare materials I handle. As I continue building my medical courier business, this training serves as the core of my commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
