Ashley Sherie Garrard

I have 20+ years of experience in the field of customer service. I have worked in property management, and hospitality. I have experience in leasing, sales, accounting, concierge, front desk, and night audit. I am looking to only work part time weekend or overnight positions. I pride myself in being the right person for any position as I give 110% always. I am reliable and take pride in my work. I am respectful and pretty much a by the book type of employee. My work ethic is impeccable. 

I have worked for most of my time in property management but have many years of experience in hospitality as well. I have worked different positions and shifts so familiar with diversity in roles. I am a fast learner and worked on different management/property systems. I have excellent phone handling skills and good with resident retention and problem solving. I have been in many situations so have skills with de-escalation where others may shy away. 

Most recently I have obtained my community association manager license through the state of Florida.
