I am very enthusiastic and motivated in achieving my goals while creating new ones, and I possess a strong work ethic and sense of integrity. I am very detail-oriented, and I apply problem-solving skills successfully by thinking critically and acting with purpose. Although I believe that my time management and multitasking skills are well refined, I acknowledge that there are always learning opportunities and room for improvement.

I possess nearly a decade of experience in the service industry, alongside my eight years of experience in a medical setting, that being clerical duties and direct patient care.

I hold myself to high standards in terms of professionalism—in attire, demeanor, attitude, and behavior. In my experience, I have thrived in high-volume, fast-paced professional settings, and I am always quick to pick up new software and technologies. I consider myself to be a coachable, open-minded, educated, and well-disposed individual. Above all, I possess true zeal in caring for others and being of service. I will always advocate for patients and do what I’m capable of within my scope to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

The development of my interpersonal and customer service skills began as a waitress when I was 19. I have since obtained experience and have developed a passion for secretarial duties in a medical setting. I possess professional phone etiquette, and I am confident in my ability to delegate tasks and relay information in a timely manner. I have experience in gynecology and obstetrics from when I worked for Sacred Heart Medical Group as a secretary, and the majority of my experience has revolved around general surgery and orthopedics, as I have worked for Memorial Hermann for two and a half years.

I graduated from high school with a 3.5 GPA in 2010. I participated in a dual-enrollment program and was able to obtain my associate's degree in general studies in 2011 from Pensacola State College. I have since begun my journey as a nursing student and am currently enrolled in my third year with Western Governors University.
