As an L&D professional, I set the tone for new hire success, and empower growth for returning employees, by developing personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions, including guiding staff through company resources (SIS, LMS, CRM), and conducting follow-up check-ins to ensure all staff continue to feel supported.

One of my recent successes includes earning the top monthly Key Performance Indicator score for the Southwest region (11 sites) in just under 5 months. I also created comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure guides for my 3 prior roles that serve as legacy training materials for future new hires.

• Create digital training guides to support 66 campus staff ages 23 to 55+ in navigating the campus Student Information System (Aeries), including hosting optional weekly in-person one-on-one trainings
• Ensure accurate tracking + transfer of pupil records for 274 domestic and international students, grades 7 through 12, with academic transcript audits per the University of California A - G course requirements to support a team of 3 Counselors in maintaining 100% senior class graduation and 100% college admissions submissions
• Update campus policies for pupil records to incorporate California Education Codes pertaining to private secondary schools to uphold Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation standards
• Build reporting queries + back-end setup, tailoring Student Information System (Aeries) to each new school year
• Recommend + incorporate approved modifications to Academic Department processes to improve efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration on document collection + student data audits
