Most Recent and Relevant Projects Include: Maryland State Board of Elections, Glenn Burnie, MD- State
Board of Election Trainer - Assess educational needs and design training and educational programming to
elevate and advance competency and increase performance. Trained over 600 election officials and
enhanced organizational culture to foster electoral integrity and operational efficiency while ensuring
statewide compliance with legislative and regulatory standards. Designed customized combination
curriculums comprised of case study, e-learning, and interactive demonstration.
▪ Developed a framework for assessing annual training needs and determined resource
suitability by managing project resources and budget to facilitate a training calendar and
manage team travel and supporting materials for election management teams.
▪ Designed training guidelines and developed Train-the-Trainer modules to equip and empower
leadership members and infuse a sustainable culture of learning across all electoral
management teams.
▪ Provided a series of intense training for the state of Maryland electoral officials accomplishing
a 98% participation rate, 96% rate of training excellence with participants rating training a five
out of five, and a 94% enlightenment rate as measured by pre and post training assessments.
▪ Minority Policy Summit and Financial Service Innovation Coalition, Washington, DC- Training Manager-
Lead projects and staff hosting more than 5,000 participants over more than twenty events including
legislative policy conferences, financial policy sessions, compliance symposiums, academia and education
summits, and legislative stakeholder workshops accomplishing consecutive excellence ratings as assessed
by participant surveys and post-session evaluations.
▪ Designed and conceptualized conference themes and plans managing strict timelines, cross
functional teams, multi-agency partnerships and collaborations to ensure conference success
and meet project goals.
▪ Conducted needs analysis to prioritize learning topics and programs, liaised across industry to
design and implement sessions and workshops to address greatest areas of opportunity.
▪ Lead stakeholder convenings, present update and status reporting data, and interface with
Trustees to illustrate project plans, proactive planned approaches to foreseeable challenges and
outline efforts to mitigate risks, neutralize barriers, and ensure event success.
