I’ve eliminated backlogs, enabling my team to operate ahead of schedule and consistently achieve 100% on-time policy processing. I identified $75 million in process inefficiencies and implemented operational changes that improved accuracy and aligned workflows with strategic goals. I’m passionate about mentoring and developing talent, which has resulted in multiple promotions within my team.
