I have experience in Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning and Minor Settlements. I have experience in Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Minor Settlements. Additionally, I have extensive experience handling Bodily Injury and Wrongful Death Claims, particularly in cases involving insurance policy payouts and the resolution of liability in sensitive matters concerning minors or fatalities.  I have experience performing a variety of legal tasks for Florida Probate law firms, including but not limited to, the drafting of legal documents, e-filing, preparing subpoenas, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, managing deadlines and court calendars, scheduling and communicating with clients via both email and phone calls. I have also contributed to organizational efficiency by assisting with internal coordination and planning.

I am a licensed attorney in my home country, Ecuador, and I am nearing the completion of my Master´s degree in Notarial and Registral Law, which focuses on legal documentation, public records, and real estate transactions.
