With a diverse background in Membership management, customer service, and ceramics, I currently lead membership programs, manage inquiries, and oversee invoicing while fostering a welcoming environment. I spearhead community outreach events, teach ceramics classes, and support studio operations. Previously, I provided customer service as an office dispatcher, managing reservations and dispatching drivers for a shuttle company. As a ceramics intern at San Francisco State University, I gained first-hand experience with studio operations while collaborating with a team to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Graduated with a BA in Art History and Studio Art from San Francisco State University, focusing on Ceramics and Sculpture. Gained hands-on experience in art exhibition installation, condition reporting, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom through various projects.
