I have accumulated approximately eight years of professional experience across data analysis, project management, and quality assurance in both U.S. and international settings. At Consilio, I advanced from Project Management Specialist to Associate and now serve as a Data Analyst, specializing in eDiscovery where I conduct complex searches, manage large-scale data sets, and deliver insights that support case strategy. I leverage tools such as Relativity, Microsoft Excel, and Power query to improve operational efficiency, visualize data trends, and enable more informed decision-making. Even I don't normally use SQL but I have taken classes and known how to use SQL. 

Prior to Consilio, I worked as a Quality Assurance Lead at Wicresoft, a Microsoft joint venture in Shanghai, where I focused on Microsoft Azure and provide platform support to my clients. Earlier in my career at Tsang & Associates, PLC, I progressed from intern to Senior Project Coordinator, developing strong project management expertise and client coordination skills. My career reflects a steady trajectory of growth, adaptability across industries, and proven technical and analytical capabilities.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from George Mason University, where I gained a strong foundation in legal principles, criminal investigation, and analytical thinking. During my studies, I was introduced to eDiscovery, which sparked my interest in the intersection of law and technology. I am passionate about the legal industry and enjoy combining my background in law with expertise in SaaS tools and data-driven solutions to support legal workflows and discovery processes.
