20 years U.S. Navy retired as cook but also working security and maintenance. Working security for the past 11 years. Also have my merchant mariner credential and transportation worker id card.

12 years cooking on U.S. Navy ships for 20 to 2000 people using armed forces recipe cards, progressive cooking, haacp. Used all kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, slicers, dough mixer, buffalo chopper, steam-jacketed kettles, steamers, hotboxes, knifes, ordering food, breaking out, cleaning and handling all equipment including refrigerator/freezer and walk in refrigerator/freezers. dishwasher, deep sink. Supervising a crew of 10 to 20 junior cooks in crew, chiefs galley and officers wardroom. 

Worked in maintenance, material and management division for 1 ½ years, researching blue-prints and doing tagouts on breakers and power boxes and maintenance using 3m cleaning and maintaining ventillation fans and vents, A/C and heater fans and vents, ship watertight doors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, 

Also trained on fire-fighting, pipe patching, shoring, chemical, biological, radiological and enviromental protection, radio communications, first aid. 2nd class swimmer qualified.

Low visibility watch during foggy,rainy,cloudy and night time conditions.

Trained with the U.S. Army on small arms weapons, crew serve weapons, IED detection, radio communcations, satcoms, for 9 months in Afghanistan. Advanced first aid techniques.

Working security for the past 11 years in contracted out to several companies. Patrolling in security vehicle and foot patrols. Checking for any suspicious activity. Assisting local police department with any crimes. Assisting with all incidents, crimes and customer service issues. 

Monitoring CCtv cameras to check for crime or any other suspicious behavior. Investigating video for any crime or incident and writing incident reports. Using radio to communicate with coworkers.

Monitoring lenel video and alarm monitoring to respond and clear alarms including doors ajar, persons tail gating through access control, access control at critical access points. Responding and clearing urgent alarms for critical rooms including IDF, MDF and GPS rooms. Checking the lenel cameras to investigate alarm causes.

Assisting and supervising all incidents including fires, thefts, vandalism, graffiti, trespassers, altercations, broken equipment, homeless interactions, 

Assisting with tours and special events. 

Managing a Team of 10-20 as the mobile supervisor for a companies off site high value secret sites. Driving throughout Seattle, Kent and Bellevue and Redmond supervising a team of security guards at 5-10 buildings making sure security is up to date at each site including the security guards training, equipment at site is up to date and working. responding to any incidents, writing up reports, training guards, inspecting uniforms, making sure guard cards/cpr cards not expired, assisting with events, helping client resolve issues, making sure all buildings are staffed, including offering over time at sites. Fixing any pay issues, admin, time off, overtime, clock-in/out times, uniform issues.

As mobile supervisor use vehicle transport to take lost and found, uniform items, security guards to different sights. 

Working security at a Ports public marina, parks, boat launch and terminal. Patrolling in security vehicle and assisting in customer service issues, patrolling and monitoring for any incidents, crimes. Patrol parking lots, park areas, roads around businesses. Walk the docks checking for any issues including boats damage, oil leaks, boats sinking, boat fires, chaining boats for non payment, reporting any issues including damaged port property. Assisting boat slip holders with any issues or customer service questions/complaints. 

Security at the ports terminal guard gates/shack monitoring truck traffic in and out checking for transportation worker identification card on federal property. Responding to all emergencies and reporting any suspicious activity. Using security cameras to monitor the ports terminal. Access control at vital gates.
