Hello,

My name is Jared, I've been interested in technology since I was very young. As I grew, I found myself doing much more than the average person with computers and learning valuable work ethic habits from my Father. I've built systems personally and professionally and having a hand in networking as well.

This passion carried with me and late to the game but changed into the IT field professionally a few years ago after taking a certificate driven course with MyComputerCareer. This started me actively working for IT while in school with 11 professional IT certifications.

I love improving systems where they can be improved and processes within companies to make them not only better for us, but for the efficiency of the customer/clients as well. I'm very direct and professional with any work I am involved in and so people tend to rely on me directly for support and feel comfortable knowing I can help them or leave them confident that the issues/tasks will be resolved or handled.

I've seen several large projects to completion in my current career and would love to be part of many more.

2 years of Customer Service and Management over CS team.

10 years in warehouse/factories so I understand full extended process on how they operate as well as the importance and relevance of IT department for those companies. Spent 4 years as a primary inventory specialist doing replenishment and training everyone that was onboarded for that position in our stock management systems managed under a salesforce platform.

1 year currently as a broad scoped all-in-one IT Engineer managing anything from deploying new store locations equipped with all new equipment to managing knowledge bases, writing SOPs, training end-users, as well as maintaining and deploying printers, laptops, desktops, workstations, and several network devices.

I'm certified in 11 IT Professional certifications from school.

Currently have been studying from some online tools I own for CCNA and PenTest+ certs.

The education gained from my experience and linking that to the certifications I've acquired have helped me tremendously advance in my understanding and ability to quickly learn new things.
