About Holly Hargrove:

Experienced public school teacher and administrator with 20+ years working in PreK-12 settings as well as with post-secondary education students at Central New Mexico Community College and the University of New Mexico.

I am passionate about creating and sharing professional development with colleagues and staff on topics ranging from using technology for collaborative learning to the impacts of poverty on the developing brain. As a site administrator, district leader, and now university lecturer, I have been responsible for all aspects of campus management - compliance, staffing, supervision, discipline, communication, payroll, student and family supports, community involvement, state reporting, grant management, master scheduling, site safety, facilities maintenance, social media, academic goals, federal entitlements, special education coordination, and alignment between all systems towards our shared mission. That's a full plate!

I believe in servant leadership and leading without ego. I believe a healthy, collaborative culture is the source from which all good things spring. Investing in people is always the right move.
