About Hitesh Luthra:

Commercial Real Estate enthusiast who has worked in both management and construction of commercial properties. As indicated on my resume I have brought superior results to companies I have worked for and used creative solutions and analysis tools to increase revenue.

Experience

I have worked in a variety of fields from being a business analyst intern of a fortune 500 company to working in management and construction of real estate properties. Specifically I have managed a 100 room motel and used analysis and skills to increase revenue during the pandemic. I have also worked with developers and property owners to perform construction projects on time and under budget. 

Education

At the University of Maryland, College Park I decided that after obtaining my Associate's degree in business to study government and politics because in this day and age companies and governments must work together in order to bring the best results to help customers and the people. I have also taken a wide range of business classes from accounting to economics and statistics giving me the knowledge to perform analysis for companies.
