As Director of Operations, oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the business to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality service delivery. This strategic leadership role serves as the bridge between lower management and front-line execution.

Manage multiple departments including kitchen operations, front-of-house service, supply chain management, and staff coordination. Establish and monitor operational standards, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Involved in analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, and development across all operational areas, as well as creating systems that maintain consistency in food quality, service standards, and customer experience. Work closely with general managers, head chefs, and department supervisors to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and resolve operational challenges.

Bringing 30+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in multi-unit operations and high-volume establishments. Possess strong analytical skills for interpreting financial reports and operational data, excellent communication abilities for managing diverse teams, and the leadership capability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, maintains composure under pressure, and demonstrates a deep understanding of restaurant economics, customer service excellence, and industry best practices.
