I am a fast learner and a hard worker.

I am currently working as a Human Resource specialist for Matrix Bottling Group were I have not only been doing recruiting, but assisting with other department projects as well. Within the first couple of months of doing an internship for Western Group Packaging I was hired on as a Clerk and promoted to a Recruiter a few months after that. The skills that I have obtained from this position consists of conducting research, data entry, onboarding candidates, employee relation and growth, corporate recruiting, HR strategy, team member scheduling, maintaining administrative documents, inputting of team member garnishments, maintain corporate social media and some administration of team member benefits. 

I am looking for a company that provides benefits and the ability to learn and grow further my skills and knowledge. I would like to continue working for a company where my contribution will not just benefit the company and its team members but the local community as well.

Offered full-service recruiting to facilities in Nevada, California and North Carolina for exempt and non-exempt positions. This would include posting job openings, maintaining staffing matrix, completed prescreening of candidates, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling for interviews with department management. Conducted onboarding tasks included drafting initial offer letters, communicating declinations, setting up preemployment testing, initiating new hire paperwork, evaluating preemployment results and scheduling onboarding. Previous experience utilizing Paycom and Paychex for time keeping edits, inputting vacation, updating employee information, onboarding paperwork, and wage garnishments.
