• Store and transport picture day is set up at the assigned location each day. Travel may be up to 120  miles.  
• Set up & break down equipment safely and securely in an hour or less.
• Keep track of inventory. Order supplies and replace unusable equipment as needed. Self-report hours and mileage. 
• Photograph 20 to 75 students (3 months to 6 years old) and up to 20 staff before the preschool’s nap/lunch hour. 
• Set up, pose, and photograph class pictures. Class size varies from 4 to 25 kids. Inside or outside. 
• Confirm picture day details with schools weekly while maintaining an open line of communication with the school and company headquarters.

• Create a unique experience incorporating different poses, props, and an outfit change in a 15-minute photo session. Clients vary in age and group size. (newborns, maternity, children, couples, multigenerational families, etc.) 
• Make basic edits, add text overlays, and create collages. 
• Sell picture bundles and any specialty items. 
• Answer phones- schedule/confirm appointment times and session details. Assist with any issues viewing photos or receiving merchandise.
