Cinthia Alcaraz-Hernandez

Hello, my name is Cinthia Alcaraz, currently, a college student at Santa Monica college trying to pursue my education journey to become a teacher. I discovered my love of being a Barista in high school shorts after my first job at a small boba shop in the West Feild Culver City Mall. Now that I'm 21 I'm looking to consider getting my barista license for alcohol bartending to help me get through college expenses and it'll be a great way for me to socialize and make connections within my community. I often find myself making great connections with customers while servicing drinks, I could easily remember a face. 

Over the last couple of years, I've taken a bit of responsibility in my previous jobs such as taking on higher roles and moving up from my original position that was hired for due to my workmanship and customer service skills. 

Currently still in College trying to maintain being a full-time student and a part-time worker in the hope of finishing my education path in the next 3 years and starting working in my field in 4 years and having my career up and going at the age of 25. I have my heart and mind set on greatness and I'm set to achieve my goals.
