I have 6 years of customer service and over 2 years of restaurant and hospitality service, constantly looking to improve and learn from different working environments, started off hosting and then got promoted to working as an expo in the back of the house, then got to promote as a server, which become my most suitable position with working as a team and also creating memorable experiences for guests and making sure they're enjoying themselves and also making them comfortable and not like a transaction.
