Hannah Cobb

My name is Hannah Cobb, and I have spent the last five years touring in various roles ranging from repairs manager to animatronic assistant to Shop technician. Throughout my touring experience, I have learned to be adaptable and take on any task that comes my way. I pride myself on being a team player and am always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it.

I have a passion for learning new skills and have taken every opportunity to expand my knowledge base. I believe that continuously learning is essential to personal growth and success. I am also a very sociable person and enjoy building connections with others.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot in high-pressure situations. These skills have allowed me to take on various roles throughout my  career and have helped me to excel in each one.

I am excited to continue learning and growing in my career and am eager to see where my experiences will take me next.

As a Repair Manager, Cosmetic Lead, and Shop Technician for Special Effects, I have gained extensive experience in managing teams, executing a multitude of skills, troubleshooting complex systems, and working with a range of materials and tools. In my previous roles, I was responsible for supervising teams of up to 10 individuals, scheduling projects, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining inventory. I have worked with state-of-the-art animatronics in high-pressure situations, provided guidance for equipment inspections and repairs, and executed a range of skills including airbrushing, fiberglass, silicone, oil paints, color matching, sewing, and fabrication. My experience has given me a solid foundation in fabrication and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

I have had a diverse learning experience in my professional journey, having gained hands-on experience in various roles. My work in these roles has given me a wealth of knowledge in areas such as project management, team collaboration, troubleshooting complex systems, and working with a range of materials and tools. Additionally, my Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering has equipped me with technical skills in areas such as circuit analysis, signal processing, and control systems, as well as experience using industry-standard software. Overall, my learning experience has given me a solid foundation to tackle a range of challenges in various industries.
