Gregory is one of the most hard working, results-oriented and detail-driven engineers I have ever worked with. We used to call him our "One-Man Army". His depth of knowledge in Software Validation and Quality Assurance is beyond his years. He is especially knowledgeable in the arenas of SDLC Methodologies, FMEA, and Data Migration. He has analyzed various systems and developed unique validation plans tailored to their requirements and intended uses. Because of how quickly he can write and execute scripts, all of his systems have been successfully validated and released for GMP use weeks prior to deadlines. He is also very quick and succinct when authoring deliverables such as Validation Plans, Data Migration Plans, Requirement Specifications, Configuration Specifications, System Retirement Plans, and Summary Reports. Overall, his performance has been above and beyond what was expected of him.
