As the Director of People Ops, my goal is to improve team members' life cycle & productivity at my org (recruitment to retirement). Some of my main responsibilities include:
- partnering with managers and directors to fill open roles
- providing an exceptional onboarding experience
- overseeing the quarterly employee review cycles
- managing hourly & salary payroll
- creating and implementing new policies as necessary
- conducting employee performance/conduct meetings 
- assist with employee performance issues and provide mediation
- being the HR representation on the SLT, providing recommendations on salary adjustments, policy updates, or other employee-related topics in order to create a fully people-centric environment.
