My primary asset is my work ethic. I am a reliable worker with a strong work ethic. My second skill is knowing dialectical differences in linguistic mannerisms specific to the different subcultural groups and demographics I am talking to. Even if I don't speak any second language, understanding the psychology of communication in America, and a little beyond, has been overwhelmingly helpful to my past successes in Customer Service. I know various professional jargon like military speak, tech, business, and some audidactic medical terminology, as well as ideological emotional triggers. I am experienced in domestic-subcultural, socioeconomic, interracial and international etiquette. I know, ‘when to say what and the correct body language,’ to best achieve my goals. This is a surprisingly useful skillset in maintaining decorum or lowering the tension in the conversation. It’s skillset to have in Customer Service Phone Rep, social services positions, or as a main point of contact for a law firm. My experience includes working with people from a variety of international, sub-cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds. This includes some PR work as an ‘Ability One Disabled Veteran of 2016.’

Relevant experience includes working customer service for supply out at DLA in Battle Creek. I also contracted providing work orders and basic troubleshooting for Consumer’s Energy under the ‘Appliance Service Plan’ department. I can be trusted with financial discretion and spent time quickly negotiating and writing agreements with tow trucks on behalf of Allstate as a subcontractor for customers with emergent needs. You will find me adaptable with a plethora of experiences from a wide array of settings; from performing security and patrol/recon on military peacekeeping missions, to working in direct care with the mentally ill and intellectually disabled children, to the office setting as a military contractor. I have done software and exploit testing, as well as PC and laptop repair. I’m willing to shut up, work, observe, read and learn.
