I hold an associate's degree in journalism and media studies from and currently in school for Information Systems and International Business. My education provided me with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that I apply daily in customer service roles. I also completed additional training in customer relations and digital tools, preparing me to work effectively in remote and international environments.
