I have experience working in fitness, wellness, and rehabilitation settings. I’ve worked as a personal trainer and float therapy assistant, helping clients reach their wellness goals. I’ve also worked as a physical therapy technician in sports medicine clinics, guiding patients through exercises, supporting therapists, and maintaining smooth clinic operations.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I hold multiple NASM certifications, including Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, MMA Conditioning Specialist, and Stretch and Flexibility Coach, as well as a Soft Stretch Release Specialty and CPR/AED certification. I’ve also completed a Plant-Based Diet course and have my ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist certification.
