With 2 years of focused experience in the fashion design industry, particularly as a Design Lead for the Boy Meets Girl Brand Collaboration, I have honed skills in design production practices, and pitch presentations with industry professionals, and keen understanding of fashion industry skills which I am eager to bring to your team.

My recent role allowed me to lead design projects from conception through to final production, a testament to my ability to manage and deliver on creative visions or other high pressure deliverables with finnesse and care. This experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in the practical aspects of apparel development, alongside a keen understanding of current and rising trends, consumer desires and needs. 

I am a studying at Columbia College Chicago, where I specialized in Apparel Product Development. This education not only provided me with a technical background in fashion but also allowed me to develop a hands-on approach to product development as well as visual, and other merchandising skills.

Design Assistant for a small street-wear brand, supported founder in multiple aspects of design process to inform design direction and concept development.

- Created and presented design pitch decks to founder pursuant with brand identity with multiple concept ideations via computer aided technical illustrations.
- Collaborated with small team to conceptualize new street-wear designs through the creation of mood boards, sketches, and tech- nical CADS to communicate design concepts effectively. Supported the design team in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Assisted in the development of tech packs by inputting accurate renders and information on materials, trims, and construction methods to facilitate smooth production processes.

Boy Meets Girl Brand Collaboration Project | Columbia College Chicago Sep 2023-May 2024

Sole Head Designer + Creative Director for class project in collaboration with industry brand Boy Meets Girl; Developed an adap- tive clothing capsule collection for prosthetic users, sewed and showcased a final sample of show stopper design with deck pursu- ant to brand guidelines including trend research, CAD technical designs, tech pack, specifications, costing/BOM, etc.

- Directed and led a large group in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept ideation, trend analysis to fabric selec- tion,technical renderings and fittings/prototype development, ensuring adherence to brand identity and market positioning.
- Managed the development and execution of multiple brand campaigns, photo-shoots, etc.
- Established connection with brand owner by conducting monthly meetings creating presentations aligned with the brands iden- tity. Effectively communicating concepts, and design elements to owner, internal stakeholders and external partners.

Paid Freelance Design | Chicago, IL Jan 2022-Current

Utilized Adobe Suite to conceptualize + produce high quality technical CAD renders, custom for each client aligning with their individual style preferences and specifications. Translating others ideas into computer aided designs (tech packs, technical design mock ups etc for variety of garments, as well as sewing commissions.)

- Conducted multiple professional meetings with clients via email, in person, and/or video conferences to ensure client alignment. -Demonstrated exceeding clients expectations when asked to mock up just one design I would Create 10+. Ensuring client satis- faction and retention by being able to premeditate and predict problems before they arose.
-Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in accommodating client feedback and revisions, refining designs to achieve deliverables and desired results.
