I’ve always believed that finance can be a powerful tool for good. My journey through the world of investment banking has been driven by a passion for integrating sustainability into financial practices. From my time as Global Head of ESG and Sustainable Finance at Deutsche Bank to my earlier role as Managing Director of ESG in the Americas, I’ve had the privilege of leading initiatives that not only aim for profitability but also prioritize our planet's health.

During my tenure at Deutsche Bank, I spearheaded projects that enhanced our ESG framework across various sectors. Prior to this role, I served as Global Director at CDP where I helped shape capital market strategies focused on climate change resilience.

My career has taken me from Tokyo to New York City and beyond—each stop enriching my understanding of global markets and diverse perspectives on sustainability. Co-founding Greenbrae Advisory was particularly rewarding as it allowed me to work closely with social entrepreneurs who are passionate about making an impact while building viable businesses.

Outside of work, I enjoy engaging with local communities through volunteering initiatives focused on environmental education. It’s fulfilling to see how grassroots efforts can lead to meaningful change—a philosophy I carry into my professional life as well.
