In my current role, I serve as a Chief of Staff/Executive Business Partner to COOs, CIOs, and CHROs, helping to deliver complex transformations that include ERP deployments, large-scale M&A workforce integrations, and strategic program launches. 

At Workday and SAP, I was responsible to global strategic programs that required implementing and managing multi-layered governance programs, cross-functional team leadership, and driving multi-million-dollar initiatives – both in terms of revenue and investment.
