I am a strategic Purchasing & Contracts Manager with great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. 

I have over twenty years of procurement, contracts and supply chain management experience in the public and private sectors.

I have worked in many capacities of procurement management for some of the largest employers in El Paso, TX in the healthcare service industry, the mining industry, nonprofit organizations and for one of the largest public utility companies in the region.

I have experience in the development of  all facets of contract formation, negotiation, and management while also providing technical guidance and oversight of procurement functions. 

I pride myself in understanding customer needs through data collection and market research to find the best options to help companies succeed and be more profitable. I like to focus on building strong relationships with both internal and external partners for the delivery of great customer service, exceed deadlines, and on time product delivery of goods and services. 

I always strive to obtaining the right tools, equipment and training for my staff and myself, for the opportunity to elevate departments to the next level with continuous improvement, streamlined processes and optimal performance.
