As a dedicated health professional with over 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring a unique blend of education, military service, and professional expertise to every role. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, along with certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

My career path has been diverse, allowing me to work with a variety of populations—starting with children as a Sport Summer Camp Counselor, to seniors as an Aqua Fitness Instructor, and to corporate professionals and industrial employees as an Ergonomics Specialist at Delta Air Lines.

Additionally, my military background as a Master Corporal and Drill Instructor in the Canadian Armed Forces has strengthened my leadership, management, and training skills. I successfully led teams of up to 40 recruits, providing education, physical training, and operational skills while fostering discipline and motivation.

I am passionate about teaching and motivating others to achieve their health and wellness goals. I firmly believe that small, consistent changes can lead to long-term, life-changing results.
