I hold a Bachelor or Science in Social Science, cum laude.  I am an Honor Graduate of the US Army Sergeants Major Academy, excelling in executive leadership decision-making methodology.  I have a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma which I have used consistently to develop Kaizen and process improvement projects.
