With 25 years in the hospitality industry, I began my career as a cocktail server aboard cruise ships and progressed through every key position in food and beverage operations. My journey led me to leadership roles, including Food and Beverage Director at prestigious properties such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Hermitage. This hands-on experience enables me to mentor and guide my team effectively, supporting their professional growth and advancing operational excellence.

I have attended many seminars throughout my career which have helped me develop my leadership skills as well as my communication skills.
