About Deana Schooner:

I am a recent graduate of bauman college. My fields of study were culinary arts and holistic nutrition.  I graduated with Honors and a 3.88 G.P.A. I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years. While remaining employeed with the same employer for those 15 years. I work my way up to management with in 3 years. I stayed a manager for 9 years when I stepped back into a hourly position while I went back to school. I am looking to start my career in a field I will love. I am driven to help people. I would love to take my passion for cooking out of the restaurant industry and put my passion towards healing people. I am very dedicated and driven to this career. 

Experience

I have work for dicks last resort from August 2012 - to present. I was the bar manager for 3 years and the k.m. for 6 before stepping back down to bartender to go back to school. I was in charge of ordering, invoices, team building and coaching, overseeing scheduling as well as labor, daily Hccaps verification, hiring, retention, budget projections, and profit and losses. 

Education

I attended Bauman College. I graduated with a 3.88 G.P.A. my fields of study are Holistic nutrition and culinary arts. I am skilled in menu planning, scaling, culinary terminology and techniques, nutritional menu planning based on dietary needs, food costing and control.
