With over 23 years of distinguished experience in aviation maintenance, I have developed deep expertise across multiple airframes, including the C-130, C-5, C-17, Boeing 707, and B-52H. My career has spanned key leadership roles, including Personnel Section Manager, Production Section Supervisor, and Chief Inspector in Quality Assurance, each reinforcing my commitment to operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

Currently serving as a Weapon Sustainment Manager for the United States Air Force, I specialize in strategic maintenance management and operational planning to ensure fleet readiness and mission effectiveness. I hold FAA certification and bring a proven track record of advancing maintenance programs through rigorous standards, technical proficiency, and innovation.

A collaborative and mission-driven leader, I empower cross-functional teams to enhance sustainment operations and align with USAF objectives. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics planning tools, I consistently seek new ways to improve processes, reduce downtime, and elevate team performance in support of national defense priorities.

I have a bachelor's in business leadership and an associate's in aviation maintenance, and I have completed training at Bakers School of Aeronautics.   I am an A&P mechanic and have several advanced aircraft system certificates, and have completed Continuous Process  Improvement training.
