I am specialized in Solidworks 3D modeling which include creating 3D models, complexing surfacing, creating large assemblies or subassemblies corresponding with the BOMs, create configurations for parts and assemblies, use PDM server to perform revision control. I also create drawings for parts and assemblies diagrams, use FEA programs for stress, impact, fagitue, and flow analysis.
Design auto parts stamping tooling including progressive, transfer, and line dies design accompany with FEA simulation reports.
