About Daleen Selley:

I am a Diploma holder in Early Childhood Education. However, I have been teaching Grade 1 and 2 for the past 12 years. After hours I spend my time tutoring Reading and Mathematics to 3rd Graders. I am working towards completing my Degree in Education in the near future.

Experience

I am a Diploma in Early Childhood Education holder. Teaching for the past 16 years, of which 13 were Grade 1 and 2 formal education years. I also Tutor English, Afrikaans and Mathematics part time.

Education

My 3 year Diploma covered all aspects from babies to 5 year old children. A one year Certificate in Advance Reception year teaching (NQF level 5), equipped me further. This background came in handy during my Grade 1 and 2 teaching years, as I could fall back and build the foundations as they were needed.
