I am a results-driven professional with experience in both education and operations leadership. With a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Reading, I taught at the elementary and early childhood levels, developing expertise in communication, organization, and data collection to support growth and outcomes. In addition, I bring over nine years of leadership at UPS, where I supervised teams in both Operations and Revenue Recovery, gaining skills in process improvement, data analysis, and employee development. My background reflects a strong ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively across diverse roles and industries.
