Primary Duties: Plans and manages fleet service activities to provide cleaning, lavatory servicing, and meal delivery on aircraft. Completes actions to needed to, store, and issue expendable and nonexpendable items for use on aircraft. 

Key Roles: Ramp Coordinator. Acts as the eyes and ears for information control. Monitor and disseminate information from flight crew to appropriate parties throughout aerial port operations and maintain constant communication with information control. 

Responsibilities: Boarding all aircraft in need of operational support, receiving their mission requirements. Synchronizing necessary information with the flight crew and information control. Working independently while giving assistance to ground operations as needed. Strong oral communication is needed to perform duties, while maintaining professional relationships with all personnel on the flight line. 

Primary Duties: Provides operational support for daily flight operations, including flight monitoring using various computer systems (Gates, SMS, GDSS, Excel), dispatching, operating loading, unloading operations with the use of material handling equipment (forklift, loaders). 

Key Roles: Flight line Dispatcher/ Information Control. In charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations. It is the central point through which all information relating to airlift traffic flow and aerial port operations is received, processed, and dispatched, to complete the mission. 

Responsibilities: Maintain constant communication with appropriate parties, keep record of all missions through the use of MS Excel. With the use of strong multi-tasking, oral and written communication skills, able to stay in contact with flight crew, ground operations, and to coordinate their mission requirements. 

Primary Duties: Keep flight schedules, routes, air movement requirements, baggage limitations, and specifics on local facilities up to date with the use of MS Power Point and social media. Performs procedures to check in, process, transport, and escort passengers to and from aircraft. Ensures all passenger border clearance requirements have been met. Reviews passenger travel authorizations for validity and accuracy.  

Key Roles: Gate Coordinator. Plans, schedules and processes eligible passengers to and from the gated area of the terminal. Loads and unloads passengers, cargo, and baggage moved on military and commercial-contract aircraft. Prepares and maintains air movement records and reports as necessary to successfully complete the mission. 

Responsibilities: In charge of all operations once passengers' step through security. Must always remain flexible due to the fast-paced environment of supervising an average of 500+ passengers daily. Responsible for giving out flight information through intercom systems to announce when passengers can enter the gate area, when they are allowed to board their designated aircraft, along with additional information as required.
