I am a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments. I leverage my 13+ years of experience in healthcare, across the lifespan, and in diverse healthcare settings, to educate and guide teams toward operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and quality outcomes.

I am anchored by a strong foundation in the provision of safe, effective, and culturally-sensitive patient care, and the importance of clinically sound, evidence-based disease management and prevention strategies.

As a Clinic Leader and Family Nurse Practitioner at Infusion for Health, my mission was to transform the outpatient infusion therapy experience by providing an environment that was not just clinically excellent but also nurturing and patient-centric. This was demonstrated through the team's dedication to facilitating timely medication approvals, care team collaboration, patient education, and attentive follow up.

As a life-long learner, I actively pursue opportunities for personal and professional development and am always looking for innovative ways to improve patient care, team performance, and further organizational goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active outdoors with friends and family, whitewater river rafting, sailing, road biking, or roller blading/skating. I love to travel, go wine tasting, cook and bake, and create beautiful, inviting spaces at home and in the garden.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Leader. My most recent position was leading a team to complete the buildout of Infusion for Health's first two ambulatory infusion centers in the Seattle metropolitan area. I am also an experienced primary care Family Nurse Practitioner who has provided care to patients of all ages and in a wide variety of settings.  I am also a seasoned nurse with both acute care experience in Medical / Surgical and Vascular Access / IV Therapy as well as Gastroenterology Endoscopy nursing.
