- Managed relationships with third-party platforms and content streamers, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize content reach and performance across multiple channels. Founded the Art Department and built a high-performing freelance team, ensuring the creation of engaging, platform-optimized content that resonated with target audiences. Achieved a 73,000% increase in monthly revenue by strategically optimizing content distribution and driving new revenue streams within the first year.
