We are seeking a Senior Director Human Resources to partner with our Global Head of HR on initiatives related to performance management culture succession planning training development compensation benefits diversity equity inclusion.
- A foundation is in search of a Senior Director Human Resources As a senior leader on the team you'll partner with the Global Head of HR on initiatives and projects as it relates to performance management culture succession planning training development compensation benefits diversity equity inclusion In collaboration with the organization's executive team you'll transfer organizational goals/vision into hiring initiatives and help funnel through to recruiting lifecycle onboarding process more You'll be given autonomy build create enhance make direct immediate impact.
