I excel in managing customer and contractor communications across various channels, providing expert guidance on rebate programs, application processes, and energy efficiency measures, ensuring compliance with the state tariffs and regulatory timelines. I am proficient in maintaining accurate project tracking records, updating databases, and preparing detailed reports for upper management. My expertise includes using Excel, SharePoint, OneNote, and other data management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. I am adept at training and supporting call center associates, customers, and contractors through various platforms, including phone, Zoom, and chat sessions. The Renewable Energy Technology (RET) program provides technical training for employment in the field of manufacturing, installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems and products. Graduates will be prepared to integrate, install and make repairs related to equipment and controls. It takes a broad-based approach to training renewable energy technicians, with emphasis on mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, fluid power, instrumentation and controls as well as systems troubleshooting. Graduates will be prepared to work in the capacity of a technician with specialized skills in energy system measurement, energy Efficiency, system design and electronic controls.
