My background includes roles as a Pre-Litigation Secretary and Paralegal, where I managed sensitive case files, drafted legal correspondence, coordinated communications between clients and attorneys, and ensured deadlines were consistently met. As an At-Home Customer Service Agent I handled order processing and client inquiries for major retailors - developing strong skills in online communication, multitasking, and problem resolution in a virtual setting. Some of my earlier roles include recruiting support, office management, and cashiering further strengthened my ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and manage daily operations. Overall, I bring a mix of administrative expertise, data accuracy, and people skills with a proven ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Education

I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology enrolled at University of Phoenix (expected completion March 2026) in AZ, building a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and problem solving. I hold an Immigration, ADR and Paralegal Certificates from the University of Miami, FL (2018), with a focus on legal writing and research. I am also a licensed Real Estate Professional.
