Senior Global Clinical Trial Associate

• Support operational aspects of all GCO managed trials, both internally managed and outsourced trials, with variation across all phases of a trial (planning, start-up, execution, data analysis, reporting and closure). Will work in support of the trial team, including the GCO Program Leader (GPL), GCO Trial Leader (GTL) and Clinical Trial Manager (CTM). Services provided will include tracking trial progress towards planned milestones, as well as related progress analysis and follow-up. These services track the trial and country budgets and support invoice reconciliation. Support protocol and country feasibility, site selection, and vendor set-up. Performs trial specific system set-up and access management, system data entry and is responsible for internal and external meeting planning, coordination, outcome documentation, and related follow-up. Responsible for Document management. 
• Update Clinical Team Attendees Distribution List
• Create Clinical Team Meeting Slides
  • Check for Final Meeting Minutes. If no pdf, then "Endorse" and convert to pdf. 
  • Finalize Meeting Minutes.
• Update Clinical Team Distribution List – Zoom meeting
  • Update and maintain as needed
• Create Investigator Brochures/Compound Risk Language Extended Distribution List
  • Update and maintain as needed. 
• Financial Forecasting
  • Where is the file, etc.
  • Consolidate all slides into one and name Month and Year
  • Consolidate Financial data in one Excel file for each Month
• Lab Sample Inventory Review
  • Generation/Collection of lab sample inventory
