Carrie Tiebout

I am an Exercise Science Major with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness. I am Devoted to helping those understand and peruse their health and fitness goals. My main goal with everyone I encounter it show them that I am on their side, and I value their time. But, at the end of the day I want individuals to feel like they are improving their quality of life. 

Being in the exercise Science department at Tennessee Tech University, I have had to present myself in a professional manner for in class presentations and for clinical site placement. The goal for me was to not only to represent myself, but to also represent my school, department, and major.

I graduated from Warren County High School in 2020. Once I graduated, I wanted to jump right into a four-year university while being at Tennessee Tech, I have changed the concentration of my major many times. I finally decided to pursue a fitness and wellness concentration after taking exercise prescription. Here I grew a passion for looking at risk factors and writing exercise routines for different populations.
